"I had a great experience working with Mills. We were in a real pinch and needed a renters insurance policy completed quickly so our tenant could move into our rental property on time.
Mills immediately understood the urgency of the situation, listened carefully to what we needed, and made the entire process incredibly easy. Despite the tight timeline, they were able to get everything completed in about 30 minutes, which saved us from a potentially stressful delay.
It's rare to find someone who is both responsive and genuinely attentive to your situation, but Mills delivered on both. I really appreciated how quickly they acted and how well they communicated throughout the process.

"It is difficult to get a return call and I have been unable to talk with the agent Matt even when I contact him directly. I don’t think I have spoken to him once in 5 years. We also had a bad experience with an adjuster and while I was able to get a response from the office, I did not feel like they did much to advocate for us as a customer. Additionally, they failed to submit paperwork that would result in a discount for over a month, and only did so, after I followed up. I don’t ask a lot out of an agent but it would be nice to be able to talk to him if I needed to or feel like I mattered as a customer.
I'll correct myself and say that you, personally, did email me back in July 2023. I recently requested to be CALLED back 3 times - specifically on 12/30/25, 1/14/26, and 1/21/26. If you can provide the date that you returned my call or anyone from your office returned my call, I would be glad to further amend my review. No one, however, called me."

"I just contacted Matt this morning with questions regarding a rental car I will have in Seattle next week. The business I am renting from has insurance that was way out of my league. I talked it through with Matt and I have upgraded my policy and will have complete coverage while I’m on my trip with sound peace of mind while I’m away and here back home as well!
